Airport VIP delivery – how it works (MIA & Fort Lauderdale)

  • Before you fly
    When you book, you share your arrival airport, airline, flight number, scheduled landing time and a working mobile number. Your confirmation includes the direct mobile contact for your dedicated HADOM VIP valet.
  • When you land
    As you reach baggage claim and are collecting your luggage, you call or message your valet to let us know you are about to exit.
  • Curbside handover
    Your valet brings your Mercedes-Benz to the designated pick-up lane at your terminal and meets you at the curb. Due to airport regulations, vehicles cannot remain parked in this area for long periods, which is why your call or message is essential to keep your waiting time to just a few minutes.
  • Contract, handover and go
    After loading your luggage, your valet reviews the main features of the car with you and presents the rental agreement (digital and printed) for signature. Once signed, the vehicle is formally handed over and you drive away.

Return at departure

At the end of your rental, you share your flight details, terminal and the exact time you intend to be at the departures (drop-off) curb. As you drive to the airport, you update your HADOM valet by call or message (when you leave and as you get closer) so we can adjust your meeting time in real time. Your valet enters the drop-off area just a few minutes before you arrive, so you don’t wait and you never arrive before your HADOM VIP executive. At the curb, the vehicle is checked, the contract is closed and you can walk straight into the terminal.

Doorstep delivery – Miami / Fort Lauderdale

  • Exact place, exact time
    When reserving, you enter the precise delivery address and preferred time within Miami or Fort Lauderdale, along with your mobile number.
  • Fine-tuned coordination
    Before arrival, your HADOM valet will confirm timing with you by call or message. As we approach your address, we notify you so you can step outside when the Mercedes-Benz is at your door.
  • On-site handover
    The vehicle is delivered directly to your location. We help you with any luggage, review the car with you, and finalize the rental agreement on the spot — both digitally and on paper — so you can start your journey immediately.
